Orders & Payments
Simply browse our collection, add your favourite pieces to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details, choose a payment method, and place your order. We will contact you shortly to confirm your order.
We accept eSewa, Khalti, FonePay, bank transfer, and cash on delivery for orders within Nepal. For India, we accept PhonePe, Google Pay, and bank transfer. International customers can pay via PayPal.
Yes, you can request a cancellation or modification within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us at +977 980-8127727. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Kathmandu Valley. For deliveries outside the valley, advance payment is required.

Each piece is handcrafted to order, so please allow time for making before dispatch. After making, delivery takes: Within Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 business days. Rest of Nepal: 3–5 business days. India: 5–7 business days. International: 7–14 business days. Making time varies depending on the complexity of the piece and will be communicated during order confirmation.
Shipping within Kathmandu Valley is free on orders above NPR 5,000. Standard shipping charges apply for other locations. Exact shipping costs will be communicated during order confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details via phone or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking number to check your delivery status.

Yes, all our pieces are crafted from genuine materials including 925 sterling silver, 18K gold, and 22K gold. Each piece comes with a quality assurance certificate.
We use both natural and lab-created gemstones depending on the product. The description of each piece clearly specifies the type of stones used. All natural gemstones come with authenticity details.
Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, preferably in the box or pouch provided. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. Clean gently with a soft cloth. Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, or exercising.
Yes, all our jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues like stone falling, clasp breakage, or discolouration under normal wear conditions.

Yes, we create custom pieces tailored to your specifications. Share your design idea or reference image with us, and our artisans will craft a unique piece just for you. Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks.
